I am not in Australia can I still order?
Unfortunately we are supplying to Australian residents only at this time.

How do I order?

  • Select the products you wish to purchase.
  • Click on the add to cartbutton next to picture.
  • This product will be added to your shopping cart.
  • Your page will be refreshed.
  • Continue with your viewing of any category.
  • To proceed with your order, click on any of the view cart on any page.
  • This will allow you to alter or delete products before you 'CONFIRM' your order.
  • We will receive a copy of your order and contact you within 24 hours.
  • We will confirm details with you and proceed to finalise your order.

What if I don’t like giving my credit card details out over the internet?
At this stage we ask that you do not give us your card details over the internet as our "secure" e-commerce facilities are not up and running.

You can 'SUBMIT' your order and we will receive a copy via email and then call you for proposed payment procedures.

OR you can also call us directly to place the order on (08) 8632 6490.

What forms of payment can you use?
Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, American Express and Dinners Card.
Postal Money Order.
Bank cheque.

Do you gift wrap?
Yes! We will happily gift wrap all of your purchases at no extra charge. We put a lot of 'pride and attention'  to the final presentation of your purchases. Please let us know of any urgent arrival dates so we can work out a way to get your gifts to you by the desired date.
How long does it take for delivery?
Express bag (max 2 - 3 days)
Courier (max. 1 - 2 days)
Registered Mail (max 1 week)

Are there any delivery charges?
Delivery charges are detailed when you view cart, but before you submit your order. You can still stop the order at this stage. Delivery fees vary dramatically depending on how the item is sent, where it must go and how big the order is. This is an approximate figure, however, if your delivery works out to be cheaper we will re-evaluate you postage charge. Please speak to one of our Showcase consultants on (08) 8632 6490 for further assistance.

How do I get my finger size?
If it is for yourself we can send you a re-useable plastic ring gauge for a charge of $3.50 prior to purchase. However, if it is for a gift we suggest you present the ring before re-sizing occurs so we can correctly gain the correct finger size and prevent double sizing. Let us know if you want us to include a plastic ring size gauge ($3.50) with your gift. To obtain an accurate size we suggest you visit a local jeweller to have your finger size checked before placing your order. We will have to charge a second time if size given is not correct and needs to be altered.  

Can I return or exchange?
Yes, we will happily refund or exchange, if the product delivered is not practical for the use intended at sale. But this must be within 14 days from delivery together with the in-store receipt. However, Curyer Jewellers reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange to any customer if the product/s do not return in their original state.

Original state:
No missing stones,
No damage to any part of the product,
No scratches or marks,
No signs of wear in any way.

Please be aware that Body Jewellery can not be returned due to hygiene regulations.

Who pays for the delivery charges for returned products or products returned for resize?
The customer is responsible for the payment of all shipping costs for returns.

Why do I have to enter my details every time I place an order?
We do not store your details unless you request to be added to our Mailing List. In this instant we only keep your postal details and specific requests. We do not share this information with other parties and all our dealings are with the strictest of confidentiality.

The shopping cart is not working?
The shopping cart requires that the ‘cookies’ are enabled. This way it can keep track of the items you choose. Cookies are enabled in your browser by default, please check your browser options.

Often these prices are lower then others could buy. Other times we negotiate better quality merchandise for the same price. How does your 12 month interest facility work?                                                  Unfortunately you must be in-store to start up your interest free account. The application and approval process only takes a few minutes. Simply complete an Ezi-pay application form, pay 25% deposit to Curyer Jewellers and $20 application fee and the balance will be directly debited or charged to your nominated bank account with no interest from us. See below for further details.

Terms and conditions:                                                                                                                 ~ The applicant agrees to pay a one of $20 application fee.
~ The person making the application must be be at least 18 years of age and a permanent resident of Australia. 
~ The application must be in the name of the person who is working at least 30 hours a week or is an Aged Pensioner. 
~ The applicant must state they have enough disposable income to afford the monthly repayments.
~ You must agree to pay 25% as a deposit to Curyer Jewellers and have the balance debited or credited from your nominated bank account through Certegy Australia Pty Ltd.
~ If using your Credit Card - the card holder and applicant must be the same person and the deposit and instalments must be made by the same credit card.
~ Bank Account Debits - you can have the instalments debited from your savings or cheque account.
~ We must sight one of the following ID's: Aged Pension Card, Drivers License, Australian Passport, Proof Of Age Card.
~ We ask that you supply your financial Institution's full BSB and Account number along with documentation providing proof of ownership. The following types of documentation are considered to be valid forms of account identification/ ownership. They must contain your full BSB and account numbers - Bank Statements, Deposit slips, or Cheque books.
~ Eftpos Cards can not be used as proof of ownership as they do not have BSB or Account Numbers.

Typographical Errors and Incorrect Pricing                                                                           Management makes every effort to ensure that our expansive online product list is as accurate as possible. In the event a product is listed with an incorrect description or incorrect price due to data entry or system errors, we shall have the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product with the incorrect price.

Product Images
Management has attempted to show as much detail as possible in all images within the site. So items may appear smaller or larger then their actual size. We have however, placed measurements of most pieces in the products description entries. If there are any further questions of size please contact us.

Item Availability
Management attempts to keep all inventories on hand. However, in the event an item is out of stock, you will be notified with the approximate delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit quantities of any product ordered.
